Condolences
Dr. Ali Ghazanfari,
poet, Vice-President and
Head of the Commission
for Education of the AHK-Iran
lost his mother this
morning. In this regard,
a ceremony will be held
on Saturday the 3rd
of July 2010 at 18:45
until 20:15 in the
Al-Reza
mosque,
Nilufar Square (Apadana).
All students and
trainers and colleagues

Thesis Information
Session
An information
session was held
today Tuesday 22nd
of June, 2010 at the
AHK-Iran Munich
Conference hall.
This conference
consisted of useful
information about
the Master Thesis
procedures. In this
meeting three
separate MBA groups
took part who are
participating in the
University of Wuerzburg MBA
program. The
conference was
managed by
Dr.rer.pol.Paivand
Sepehri Head of the
Education Department
of AHK-Iran and Mr.
Sam Pasha the newly
appointed Deputy
Managing Director of
AHK-Iran.

Bad
News: Good Bye to Azita
Mireshghi
Unfortunately, Ms.
Azita Mireshghi, our
team member in the
Executive Management
Training Department
of the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce is
leaving our office
mid-April, 2010. She
has been the
responsible person
for all Educational
Affairs, our so
called “Mini-Prüfungsamt”,
for all our MBA
Programs. She is
moving back to the
United States. After
nearly two years of
close work, we will
have to say good-bye
to an excellent,
educated, and
talented staff
member. Our partners
and our customers
will miss her as
well. At this stage
I wish her good luck
for her future
career and life in
the US. For sure a
core competency of
our department is
leaving us. The
doors of our
department will be
open for her,
whenever she might
wish to come back.

Auch Die Steine
Reden" (And Even the
Stones are Speaking)

of poetry in German.

Hansrudi Lenz and

visited Tehran and

Tehran for the W4
group, and then had
a four-day course
for JPC Co. in

held, the

students
from the W3

groups
participated.
It was the
final
course in
both groups'
Executive
MBA program.

Managing Director of

Champion of Industry
Award
Mr. Naghib won this
award on the 21st of
November, 2009, as
the most successful
Managing Director of
Industry and
Economy. On Sunday,
17th of January, he
was given a letter
of appreciation from
the Board of
Directors. His
employees, along
with some members of
the Board of
Directors attended
the ceremony, where
Mr. Naghib gave a
short speech and
received his letter.
